**RETURN OF OUR GOODS

The products supplied by Homeocan are new and guaranteed to be free from defects. Should an item be defective or not as ordered, Homeocan undertakes to exchange or refund it, including shipping costs, within 10 days of the delivery date, provided that it is accompanied by the delivery note or a copy of the Homeocan invoice.

In the event of a refund, we will also refund the amount of taxes paid on the item. Shipping costs and applicable taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part.

For a return of merchandise, the customer must contact Homeocan's Web Customer Service by email or telephone to make the appropriate arrangements.
