ATMOSPHERIC DIFFUSION
It is recommended to use a diffuser whose temperature does not alter the properties of the essential oils (between 35° and 60°C). In all cases, carefully follow the instructions in the device's user manual. Add 6 to 10 drops of essential oil to the reservoir of your diffuser. To avoid saturating the air with aromatic molecules and increasing the risk of irritation, it is strongly advised to diffuse essential oils intermittently (15 minutes maximum per hour).
DIRECT INHALATION
Essential oils* are therefore absorbed into the body through direct inhalation. Apply 1 to 6 drops of undiluted essential oil* to a handkerchief or compress and inhale occasionally, up to 3 times a day.
CUTANEOUS ROUTE
Some essential oils can be applied directly to the skin. However, it is strongly advised to avoid any risk without consulting a healthcare professional. Essential oils rich in monoterpenes and phenols can be very irritating to the skin. Therefore, it is recommended to dilute the essential oil(s) in a carrier oil before topical application.

Rub the diluted essential oils* into the skin until the solution disappears. Apply up to 3 times a day.
Massage:
Apply 10 to 15 drops of your chosen essential oil* diluted in 30 ml of vegetable oil such as hemp to promote relaxation of your body.
Local application:
The chosen essential oils*, diluted in a vegetable oil, act locally and directly on the affected area. Apply up to 3 times a day. Caution: The total concentration of the diluted essential oils* must not exceed 5% of the total volume.
