ATMOSPHERIC DIFFUSION
It is recommended to use a diffuser with a temperature that does not alter the properties of essential oils* (between 35°C and 60°C). In all cases, carefully follow the instructions in the device user guide. Add 6 to 10 drops of essential oil* to the diffuser reservoir. To avoid saturating the air with aromatic molecules and increasing the risk of irritation, it is strongly recommended to diffuse essential oils intermittently (maximum 15 minutes per hour).
SKIN APPLICATION
It is strongly advised to avoid any risk without the advice of a healthcare professional. Essential oils* rich in monoterpenes and phenols can be very irritating to the skin. Therefore, it is recommended to dilute the essential oil(s)* in a vegetable oil base before skin application.
Massage: Apply once a day, 10 to 15 drops of the essential oil* of your choice diluted in 30 ml of vegetable oil, such as hemp oil, to promote body relaxation.

- In case of accidental absorption or projection into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil.
